Tim Newcomb - Sales Associate / Broker

Tim started working at Fish Tale in 1989. Before moving to sales, Tim worked as a marine technician at Fish Tale. He holds certifications on Yamaha and Volvo Engines. This is helpful for Tim's customers as well, since he is able to share his mechanical know-how in the sales experience. Tim is a Licensed Yacht Broker, as well as holding extensive knowledge of all new boats Fish Tale has to offer. Tim is an avid fisherman and has been on boats since he was just a kid. Speaking of which, his son Ben shares his love of fishing and has been known to "out-fish" his dad!


Bill Cushing - Sales Associate / Broker

Bill has been in Southwest Florida for over 28 years! Originally from Cleveland, Bill has been on boats as far back as he can remember. One of the first boats he was on as a child was his family's 1967 Grady-White Boat. Bill has been around Grady quality his whole life! One of the memorable experiences of his life was operating a 58' Hatteras Yacht for some years. He has been working at and running marinas for most of his life. Bill is a Licensed Yacht Broker and takes his years of experience into the sales experience. When it comes to Boats and Yachts, Bill would love to show you how fun it can be!

Mark Paton - Sales Associate

Mark has been around machines since childhood, including boats. Originally coming from an Engineering background, with focus in Systems Integration, Mark is pursuing his real passion in life. Boating. Mark is originally from Michigan, where he was around boats for most of his life, including a period where he managed a Marina. Mark has been visiting Florida since the Mid 80's for reasons not too uncommon, which includes the warm Florida climate, the boating, and the fishing. With his boating knowledge and personable nature, Mark provides an enjoyable boat-buying experience.


John M. Smith - Sales Associate

John has been involved in the marine industry for over 20 years! A native Floridian, he has fished and cruised from Palm Beach to the Dry Tortugas, in addition to Everglades National Park and the Bahamas. John has held a 50-ton Master Captain's License, is an experienced scuba diver and tournament angler. By carefully listening to the needs of his customers, John applies his years of experience and attention to detail in order to deliver an enjoyable, satisfying and long-term boating experience.
