New Chaparral Model: 191 SunCoast Deck Boat

There are so many things to love about the new Chaparral 191 SunCoast deck boat.

A fishing trip feels like a day cruise after you experience the hydro-lift that’s engineered for all marine conditions. The high freeboards and deep cockpit will keep you dry and secure. The hull design creates superior stability even at low speeds, letting you take corners like a luxury car. Quick acceleration lets you cut through the water like a knife and the fuel economy makes it easy on the wallet.

The 191 SunCoast breaks down boating to its basics without sacrificing the Chaparral design, style, and quality. A large open-concept seating arrangement makes an inviting cockpit for entertaining or lounging while anchored at your favorite sandbar.

You’ll love soaking up the rays with the 191 SunCoast. Chaparral carried the beam of the boat forward into the bow to create a wide-open platform for lounging. Removing the forward center cushion creates a wide safe step for boarding the boat from the bow.

Detailed Engineering & Top Electronics

Every detail is carefully engineered. For example, a forward hatch conceals the swim ladder and anchor storage. Stereo speakers are neatly tucked away into the sides of the bow. Opt for the cockpit table and you have a dining area with a view. An optional filler cushion is also available to create a single large lounging area.

The 191 SunCoast comes standard with a 115HP Yamaha four-stroke outboard. For more speed, opt for the 150HO. The outboard is tucked neatly in between dual swim platforms.

The 191 SunCoast can be equipped with the latest in Garmin electronics, sophisticated technology that’s intuitive and easy to use. In addition, Yamaha Command Link digital gauges provide accurate, real-time information on boat systems and operating conditions. Easy to read and designed to withstand the elements, Command Link digital gauges allow you to monitor everything from engine function and fuel management to trim levels and battery voltage.

Built with Comfort & Safety in Mind

The 191 SunCoast has been designed with your safety in mind. For example, the port and starboard sides have standard safety rails. State-of-the-art, water-resistant circuit breakers are conveniently located within easy reach, even when you’re on the water. That means you don’t have to mess with fuses while fishing. You simply reset the breaker and off you go.

The center walk-through can be equipped in a number of different ways: a water-sports pylon, transom gate or full-cushion fillers to make a complete u-shaped seating area. Beneath the transom is a hatch concealing a built-in insulated cooler. If you pick the fishing package, it becomes a handy live-well.

Chaparral has a long history of quality manufacturing. A fiberglass fabricating company in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., produced the first Chaparral boat in 1965. In 1976, Chaparral moved its operations to Nashville, Ga., to allow the fast-growing company to expand its operations and find an experienced labor force and better access to major interstate highways. Today, the company manufactures 35 models in seven different product lines.
